Adult Helpers
For those who cannot commit to a consistent role but want to help in a behind-the-scenes or
less-involved way 4 or for those who aren9t a great fit for mentoring, committee, or childcare 4
consider placing volunteers in adult helper roles. This can include those who help with
transportation, meals, crafts, set up and clean up. It is still important to acknowledge and
appreciate these volunteers and to make sure they feel included on the team, but they should not
be considered
